Simply go to www.ListHub.com and click Login, then click Forgot Your Username or Password > Forgot Password. Select your MLS or Data Provider and type in the email address associated with your ListHub account (this is the one you used when you first registered). The ListHub system will generate a new password for you and send it, along with your username, to your email inbox. If you are unsure of the email address under which you registered your account, please contact customercare@listhub.com for additional assistance.
Do you currently have an active listing in the MLS? If not, you will be unable to create a ListHub account as an agent. Please wait until you have entered an active listing into the MLS to create your ListHub account.
If you do have an active listing, but are still unable to create an account, please know that in order for an agent to register for ListHub, your broker must have already created an account, or your MLS must be syndicating listings directly to the publishers. Please encourage your broker to register if they have not yet created an account. This is free and only takes a few minutes. You can provide them with the following link to register: https://app.listhub.com/accounts/registerbroker.action
Please start by checking the property type. ListHub typically only syndicates listings that have an active status. You may also need to double-check with your MLS if your missing listing is a rental or commercial status to verify that they have given ListHub permission to syndicate these property types. Lastly, does your company have more than one office? If so, confirm that ListHub is configured to syndicate all office codes. That information can be found in the brokerage admin’s ListHub account under Settings > Manage Offices. If all these criteria are met, please contact ListHub support at customercare@listhub.com for further investigation.
Log in to your account here and check your ListHub inventory to ensure that this listing is available. If the listing does not show in the “Inventory” tab in your ListHub account, then it will not be part of the listings sent to each publisher. If it does display in Inventory, then verify that the publisher in question has been selected under the “Publishers” tab of your ListHub account. If the listing appears in your ListHub inventory but is still not appearing on one or more of your selected publishers’ websites, contact customercare@listhub.com. Please be sure to provide the following information in the request so that we may best assist you:
ListHub pulls the contact information for syndication directly from the data source, which is the MLS in most cases. Please be sure that the contact information that you wish to have displayed on the publisher websites is the same that is entered into the MLS. If the contact info in the MLS is not showing up on your listings on selected publisher sites, it may be that the publisher is displaying the broker contact information only, and not agent contact information. You can find out what contact information each publisher displays by viewing the ListHub Publisher Scorecard Comparison located at the top of the “Publishers” tab of your ListHub account. Brokers can also control the contact information that is being syndicated for the brokerage by logging in to their ListHub account and going to “Settings” then “Manage Brokerage.”
ListHub is committed to adding MLSs to our network, and we continue to expand the list of available MLSs. To request that your MLS be added to our network click “Create Account” at the top right of www.ListHub.com, then click “I am the head broker of record within the MLS”. Scroll to the bottom and click “Select Unsupported MLS.” Complete the form and click “Submit” at the bottom. It is important to note that submitting your request does not guarantee the addition of your MLS.
If you received an email from ListHub Support stating that registration on your account will not be completed due to having a previously registered account, it means that you already have an existing, active ListHub account. If you would like to access this original account, but have forgotten the username or password, please use the password recovery feature on the login page at ListHub.com by clicking the “Login” button, then Forgot Your Username or Password. Select your MLS and type in your email address. The ListHub system will create a new password for you and send it, along with your username, to your email inbox.
If you prefer to close the previously registered account and set up your newly registered account, please either reply directly to the ListHub Support email or contact ListHub support via the "Support" section in your active ListHub account. Please note: All reporting data and listing traffic collected in your original ListHub account will be lost upon account deletion.
If you have listings missing from your ListHub inventory, there is a possibility that ListHub is not syndicating the listings for every office code for your company. To verify or add office codes, please log in to your broker admin ListHub account here, click your username in the upper right-hand corner, then “Settings” to access the “Manage Offices” option from the menu. In the text box provided, please provide the office code(s) that needs to be added to your account and provide 2 sample MLS numbers for active listings in the office. Click the “Request Changes” button and your request will be submitted to our Support Team.
All syndication selections can be made by the designated broker only. To add a publisher, brokers can log into their account here, then click the “Publishers” tab. Publishers can be chosen individually or all at once.
To add a publisher, click the “Publisher Choices” sub-tab, choose your filter options, manually check the boxes next to your desired publishers, then click the “Add Selected” button.
To add all publishers in the network, and any newly added publishers in the future, click the “Publishers Choices” sub- tab, then select the “Maximum Marketing” button.
To remove publishers from syndication, click on the “Publishers” tab and then the “My Publishers” sub-tab. Check the boxes next to those publishers that you wish to remove and click the “Remove Selected” button.
