Brokers will have access to syndication settings, reporting and lead settings. Agents will have access to reporting and lead settings if enabled by their broker (just like the ListHub dashboard).

We will continue to offer flexible options for portals who need access to data at a local and national level. ListHub will remain the engine that powers syndication and provides reporting on syndicated listings.

The goal of this release is to test the usefulness of a combined dashboard for ListHub customers who also have realtor.com® for Professionals dashboard accounts. Our research indicates brokers and agents prefer a single dashboard to market and track the performance of their listings, and our goal at realtor.com® is to create a superior experience for our customers.
There will be no change for ListHub custom sources. They will continue to access ListHub through their current setup either on ListHub.com or through SSO.
No, you will not have to set up your account again. Your syndication settings will carry over to the new dashboard. Some settings, such as lead routing configuration will have to be configured separately in the realtor.com® for Professionals dashboard. These settings will also continue to be controlled in your ListHub dashboard, which will still be available.
Not at this time. The seller reports on the realtor.com® for Professionals dashboard contains metrics data from realtor.com® listings. We are working on adding seller reports with ListHub reporting data and will announce this as soon as it is available.

At launch brokers will have access to syndication settings, adding publishers via affiliate code, auto-subscribing to new publishers, lead management, and performance reports. Agents will have access to listing performance and lead management (if enabled by your broker).
