ListHub's publisher partners include several websites operated by franchise organizations and other membership-based broker networks. That means that brokers can use ListHub to send their company's listings to participating franchises for display on their national websites.
The franchises that currently participate to receive listings are: Assist-2-Sell, Century 21 and Realty Executives. The name for this group of websites is the Real Estate Network (REN).
ListHub’s Real Estate Network also includes regional and MLS public websites available to brokers in specific regions or states.
In 2010 it was decided by the NAR MLS Advisory Committee that franchise organizations would not be permitted to index IDX listings from the MLS. During their review, the PAG recommended that franchise websites should receive listings via syndication instead of IDX, providing brokers with the option to freely opt-in or opt-out of franchise website display.
The Real Estate Network (REN) was created in direct response requests from the industry to provide this functionality.
The REN was launched with a set of corresponding display rules that all participating franchises must follow regarding the display of REN listings. Click here to review the complete display rules.
Our goal is to meet the needs of our MLS Partners and Broker customers by providing the following:
Franchises are able to operate their national websites with the ability to index listings, and thus compete with national portals on functionality and SEO. By using a single normalized listing feed rather than hundreds of IDX implementations, they only have one data format and one set of display rules that apply across their entire site, which allows the franchise to operate their site much more efficiently.
Franchises who are interested in joining REN should contact us for more information.
